The Water Cycle The never ending journey of water

We begin with COLLECTION, water on the surface of the planet, in puddles, ponds, lakes, seas, and oceans.

The Sun heats the water and changes it from a liquid to a gas in a process called, EVAPORATION.

Floating water molecules come together as clouds in the process of CONDENSATION.

When enough water molecules have come together, gravity pulls it back to the ground as rain, sleet, hail, or snow. This is called PRECIPITATION.

And the cycle is ready to begin again! 🙂
