2018 McDaniel Women's Basketball Week 1: November 9-14

Doing It With Defense

McDaniel allowed an opponent to reach 60 points just once in the final 10 games of the season last year. The last 10 opponents averaged just 46.7 points per game. However, the offense was limited to 53 or fewer points seven times during that same stretch.

Livin’ It Up

Liv Storer returns to anchor the offense in 2018-19. She averaged a team-best 11.6 points per game during her sophomore campaign, starting all 25 games. She reached double figures in all but seven contests last season, including a pair of 20-point performances. Storer will be the go-to option early as the only returner among the top four scorers from last season.
