The Quest of Evil BY: Nikki phan

  • Game Genre: Adventure
  • Audience: Children aged between 6 to 12 years old
  • Key Characters: Prince Liam's evil twin (the player's character), Prince Liam, Wicked Witch
  • Prince Liam is to be the King of Linninghood but refuses to take up all the responsibility.
  • He decides to drink a potion from the Wicked Witch to create a twin of himself with a completely opposite personality to him.
  • Twin turns out to be the evil version of him.
  • His parents kick Prince Liam out believing that he is the evil twin.
  • Prince Liam is on a mission to destroy the evil twin with the help of five mystical people he has to find.
  • The evil twin must stop Prince Liam from completing his mission by listening to the Wicked Witch's orders.
  • The mission of the evil twin and Prince Liam must be completed before the coronation, which will be in one week.
  • Gameplay: Nintendo DS; using buttons to navigate the character through the game
  • The character animation would be kept simple.
  • 2D animation
  • Characters designed similar to the Mario characters but not exactly the same.
  • The setting in the game would be similar to this.
  • Just having simple objects in the background and not adding too much unnecessary objects that will waste time.
  • Lego Batman: The Videogame sold over 7 million copies worldwide two years after its initial release in September 2008.
  • By May 2012, they had sold 11 million copies worldwide.
  • With the success of the first game, a sequel was made.
  • Lego Batman: The Videogame has a similar gameplay to The Quest of Evil. If The Quest of Evil does well, it could reach great success similar to Lego Batman: The Videogame.
