Also, in order to have a balanced life, your self-esteem can affect that, and by skipping meals, you can cause stress. Lastly, if you drink alcoholic beverages, it can negatively impact your mental health, and increase your risk in certain diseases. That's how eating a healthy diet affect your ability to live a healthy and balanced life.
