Goals By Shardona' Hayes

Short term goals:

My first short term goal is to achieve my middle split by the spring dance recital in May.

To achieve this, I plan to stretch at least 3 to 5 times a week.

I also want to obtain a job at a nursery or a daycare and make at least $8 an hour. I will apply for multiple job opportunities. I want to get a job by April and continue to pursue my goal.

Long Term Goals:

I want to continue to be ranked Top Ten Percent in my class. If i push myself harder, I want to be ranked Top Ten. I will study more and pay more attention in my classes as well as taking advantage of extra credit activities.


My second long term goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by August. This is achievable if I continue to work out at least 3 to 5 times a week and focus on my diet.

Lastly, my goal is to save at least $300 by the end of 2018. I will get a job and save 10% of my weekly allowance.
