Fidel Castro By: andrew white

Fidel Castro was the leader of Cuba, they called him a Premier, I thought he was more like a dictator though.

He became the leader of Cuba by killing the former leader with his brother and some other rebels they recruited.

Castro related to some of the 8 themes of world history, but I picked the main 2. Power and Authority and Revolution. I picked Power and Authority because his title was Premier, but he was more like a dictator and did what he wanted to no matter what. I also picked Revolution because he over though the dictator of Cuba to be the leader of Cuba.

Castro died recently on November 25, 2016 so Cuba now does not have a dictator is rebuilding with his brother Raul Castro.
