The RCPCH Christmas Celebration 12 DecEMBER 2018

An evening of signing, words and music

On 12 December, in place of our Christmas lecture, we are presenting a Christmas Celebration, in which we will bring together, through words and music, aspects of the College’s work in the context of Christmas, reflecting on, affirming and celebrating its challenges and achievements.
The centrepiece is a reflection from actor and patron of the Young Actors' Theatre and Youth Music Theatre, Zoë Wanamaker CBE.

And a special appearance of the The Kaos Signing Choir for Deaf and Hearing Children.

The Kaos Signing Choir for Deaf and Hearing Children is an integrated project for young people aged 4 to 18. The choir has wowed audiences at venues such as the Royal Festival Hall, London’s Barbican Centre and St. Paul’s Cathedral, has performed many times on national TV, and recently reached a global audience when it sang and signed the National Anthem at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Their motto is: Excellence through teamwork and fun!

Watch - In December 2013 The Kaos Signing Choir for Deaf and Hearing Children teamed up with the British Paraorchestra and Team GB Paralympians on this beautiful recording of True Colors.

Music will also be performed by CORO, the London based chamber choir directed by Mark Griffiths.

Let yourself enchanted by the CORO London Chamber Choir and: 'Have yourself a Merry little Christmas':
