At inVentiv Health Selling Solutions, we build up European-wide pharmaceutical or biotechnological sales forces in cooperation with our clients. We are a small, but growing, team and therefore flexibility and a willingness to step outside job boundaries is paramount.

You will be assigned to one specific customer project and handle all administrational queries for the project and comprise reports on the activities and performance for the project management as well as the customer.

Your Responsibilities

You are first point of contact for all project related queries, internally and externally and, of course, for our field teams in Europe. You either handle it yourself or forwarding to the relevant internal person.

You support the organization of project related events, e.g. congress participation or team meetings.

You comprise project related reports on team performance, budget or any numbers requested by the project management or the client.

You manage costs in the procurement system Coupa as well as handling project related Purchase Orders.

You support local stakeholders in on-boarding and administration of current project staff and partner with all relevant departments to ensure effective project administration.

You train the field force on iVH internal systems, e.g. our expense reimbursement system Concur or our Learning platform as well as support them when they have questions later on.

Additionally, you provide support across various functions when needed.

What you should know and have done

Minimum of 2 years experience as project assistant

Fluency in English AND German, verbally and written

General understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or CCO/CRO industry, ideally with previous experience in either

Excellent grasp of MS Office, ideally experience in Veeva, EMS, Coupa

Excellent relationship-building skills, self-motivated

Ability to work independently and as a part of diverse teams

Strong time management and administrative skills as well as the abilities to prioritize

Flexibility and willingness to step outside of the job description to assist with other activities/tasks

Willingness to travel if required
