It is important to remember that this quote includes current rates as they are pricing out today and are subject to change anytime before a quote is secured with deposit. The flights that I have chosen are non-stop flights, however, there are flights with a layover available which would lessen the total package cost, if interested. Please note that the alternative flights could potentially increase the deposit. I've also included travel insurance protection at $89.99/per person to cover all travelers in the event of unforeseen circumstances which could come about (i.e. lost luggage, trip interruption, medical emergency, etc.). This IS an optional coverage, however, be advised that should you decline this coverage, Distinctive Vacations nor our suppliers will not be responsible for any such event and will be the sole responsibility of the traveler. Lastly, if any guests will be traveling with children 12 years of age and under, the child can travel for FREE and only taxes (approximately $9) will have to be paid for them. This is only applicable to rooms where the reservation has a minimum of 2 adult guests in the room with the child.

GUESTS WHO CHOOSE TO STAY AT IBEROSTAR ROSE HALL BEACH

If a financial hardship requires a guest to stay at IBEROSTAR's sister property, Rose Hall Beach, please understand that they will only be allowed at the property during the wedding festivities. There is a $50 per person charge to purchase the Wedding Pass which will give them access to the Suites 30-minutes before the ceremony start time and allow them to stay until the end of the festivities. Guests visiting the Suites will not be able to utilize the facilities of the property outside of the wedding unless a Day Pass is purchased.

Passport Requirements

Be advised that passports are REQUIRED for travel to Jamaica. It is recommended that all passports be valid at least 6 months from your RETURN date. We will require proof of your passport or proof of passport application before any money exchange will be accepted for your booking. Trip cancellation penalties surrounding passport issues, inability to obtain a passport or being denied boarding due to lack of passport validity after monies are placed onto the booking will NOT be covered under travel insurance nor will be the responsibility of Distinctive Vacations or its suppliers. Trip Insurance

Since this is a significant investment, I do HIGHLY recommend the purchase of trip insurance in case you have to cancel for a covered reason, your luggage is lost/delayed, or your trip is interrupted for reasons such as medical emergencies. The price of the trip insurance is $89.99 per person and already included in the total cost as quoted above.
