Health in my life By kyle zator

Mental Health

After my first birthday, I am getting some much needed sleep. Especially at my young age, sleep was very important for my mental health.
I am (trying) to read my first paper with my dad. This has an influence on me today, since I was always exposed to my parents reading, I enjoy to read many different kinds of books.
I learned a lot of unique skills in boy scouts, like building that toy car that took first place in the race. In boy scouts I interacted with other people but also learned things I still use today.
I am confirming my faith in Catholicism. This is important to me mentally because this is what I believe in and I welcome in the Catholic church.
This is when I graduated from middle school. This was a big step for me mentally because I needed to prepare for the next step- High School.

My first Wrestling 1st place bracket board. Wrestling is a sport I am committed to today and allows for my body to be only in specific and acute physical condition.
I had a lot of fun wake boarding off my friend's boat over the summer. Wake boarding and other water sports are a great core workout.
Halftime during a football game with my Lemont Hornets team. Football is another sport I play and now on the high school team, I am required me to lift weights to get my body physically stronger.
Snorkeling in the ocean on vacation. I am a good swimmer and this is a good activity that is physically demanding.
Snow skiing in the winter with my friends and brothers. This also works out my core and legs, skiing down and hiking the mountain all day.

Spending time with my brothers and cousins when I was young helped develop social skills and meaningful relationships with them and others in the future.
On a vacation cruise with my cousins and extended family. My cousins have an effect on me socially, because they have a lot of influence on me and I learn a lot from them.
Celebrating my grandmothers birthday with my family and cousins. My family is a very important part of my life, and I have built strong relationships with my extended family over many experiences.
A family reunion taking place in Iowa. I do not get to see this part of my family very often and it is always a great time to catch up with them.
Hanging out and paint balling on a beautiful day. I was with my friends, but I also had to tolerate and get along with my brothers friends.
