Hello! My name is Melinda Tiffany H. I'm five feet seven inches (at least the last time I checked), Aquarius, sixteen years young, and live in Toronto. I am the youngest of my family, and have an older brother who's 20 years old but sometimes acts 15 years old. Something you should know about me is that I am super clumsy, and have had many accidents. From bumps and bruises, and falls and stitches, there's nothing that I haven't experienced! Something I've learned after getting so many stitches is that you should NEVER get your stitches at the emergency section of the hospital. Trust me, you will regret it for the rest of your life when the stitch marks never go away!

As a Netflix binge-watcher and movie fanatic, I know what's good. :) I have watched 11 different TV shows that are all amazing and unique. The current shows that I'm obsessed with is: Grey's Anatomy, Riverdale, Pretty Little Liars, Westworld, The 100, Stranger Things, and How to Get Away With Murder. Are you the type of person who likes a lot of action and romance? Grey's Anatomy, The 100 and Pretty Little Liars are the perfect shows for you. Want to be second guessing yourself on who the murderer is? Well, How to Get Away With Murder is the show for you! It is full of suspense and unexpected plot twists! Stranger things and Westworld would also keep you at the edge of your seat and you'd be craving for more! I love these shows because a lot of them cast strong independent women as main characters who prove how amazing we could be.

This cruise ship is called "Allure of the Seas" and it is part of the Royal Caribbean chain. This 7 day cruise stops at several islands in around the Caribbeans. During sea days, there are plenty of activities for you and your family to do! Some fun activities include surfing simulator, rock climbing, bingo, zip lining, night parties, and amazing performances. There are too many activities to count, and you'd have so much fun you'd wouldn't want to leave!

~Sports and fitness~
I am a very active person (a little too active sometimes), and I love doing both indoor and outdoor activities. I really enjoy playing sports because it allows you to be active and cooperate with others. My favourite sports are volleyball, tennis, football, and badminton. Every weekend, at least almost every weekend (when I'm not lazy), I would go to the gym to exercise. I truly believe that exercising does not only improve your fitness and health, but it also improves your ability to focus and gives you more energy. After I exercise, I feel more awake and ready for the day ahead! If you're interested in joining a gym, I provided links to the best gyms in Toronto down below.
Going to the gym is very helpful in getting your daily exercise, however it is not necessary to get a membership to exercise! At home, I like to pull out a yoga mat or just lie on the floor and follow youtube fitness instructors. It is totally free and you get to exercise in the comfort of your own home! My favourite youtube fitness channel is "Blogilates". The content in this channel is very helpful.
In addition to exercising, eating healthy is just as important. One may exercise so much, but if their diet is terrible there is no point. What I like to do after school is make my own healthy and delicious snacks to fill my stomach. Instead of grabbing a bag of chips and chocolates, you can also eat other alternatives just as delicious but beneficial to your body! Here are some healthy recipes that will spice up your meals!

Another thing I love to do is taking pictures and filming videos! Ever since I can remember I have always enjoyed grabbing a camera, coming up with a funny storyline, and recording.
