It lives in the aphotic zone and has a string of lights built around its body for light to see in the dark waters. They are not edible because they are jellylike. The fish can vary from 8 inches to 12 inches as an adult. The organism is colorless and transparent due to no need for color or camouflage because of the darkness. The organism breathes through gills.

Nekton:This fish has delicate fins that it uses to swim and uses gills to breath. The organism reproduces by finding mates.
