The Manchester Gold Staff Mentoring Programme is now open and we are looking for colleagues from Academic/Research backgrounds and PSS grades 5 and above to act as mentors.
The programme is managed by Staff Learning and Development and has the support of senior University leaders. The aim of the programme is to develop staff across the University by linking them to the support of a more experienced colleague. This colleague will act as their career mentor over a nine-month period from April 2018.
