There's water in all fruit and vegetables, there is 80 to 90 percent of water.
When people run they use energy. They 70 to 80 percent water in them. People lose energy by sweating. Our body uses waters in all it cells, organs and tissues to help regulate the temperature and maintain other body functions.
Drinking water will give you energy, but there is no calories. Water is macronutrient, this means substance required relatively large amounts by living organisms, in particular.
They body uses water for energy, the major function of water is that they protect the cord and tissue from us. The human is filled with 60 to 70 percent of water.
Water help us be healthy and make our body function better.
The body loses energy through breathing sweating and digesting which is why it important to re-hydrate. By drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.
