My well-known city is Warsaw. I lived there for ten years. In this city I grew up and this city I know best.
A place that is worth seeing is the old town and around. Walk the streets of the Old and New Town allows you to rest from the hustle and bustle. Atmospheric alleys, squares and cafés create a unique atmosphere, and two historic sites - the Old and New Town - in the summer becomes a stage for musical and theatrical performances and open-air galleries.
During the Second World War destroyed 90%. Thanks to the excellent reconstruction inscribed in 1980 on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Today it is bustling hubbub place for walks, full of galleries, cafes and restaurants.
In Warsaw, apart from the old town there are many interesting places to visit. On the roof of the university library is a garden.I was there only once, but the views so enchanted me, but for sure we will go back.
A visit to Warsaw can not complete without a photo at the National Stadium.
An unforgettable experience will definitely enter the thirtieth floor of the palace of culture and science. From my personal experience I can recommend entry in the evenings.
Of course, in Warsaw is a mass of beautiful places eg. The Royal Baths, the beach on the Vistula River and many other parks. An interesting place is the center of Copernicus- great fun for young and old. For those who prefer to walk around the shops I can recommend a visit to the Golden Terraces, which are located in the center of Warsaw. As a curiosity, I can say that in this gallery, you can meet a lot of famous people.
