Sharp Media is a team of marketing and event professionals working in the spheres of tourism, hospitality and food & drink, across the UK and internationally.

Our current projects
Now in its 15th year, the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival is one of the largest and longest established food festivals in Europe. Running in May and August-September each year, with an extensive programme of restaurant events, tours, trails and tastings in both the city and the surrounding county of Sussex, the culmination of both festival periods is the Sussex & The World Weekend on seafront Hove Lawns on the May and August bank holiday weekends.
With support from the municipal government of Den Haag - the administrative, diplomatic and royal city of the Netherlands - we're creating and delivering The Hague Food Festival in July 2017. Focussing on the quality restaurants and food producers in the city and immediate surrounding region, the festival includes daytime and evening outdoor events plus a programme of creative restaurant events with guest international chefs.
Sharp Media have delivered the Guernsey International Food Festival on behalf of Taste Guernsey and Visit Guernsey since 2015. The festival runs for around 10 days at the end of September, with a packed programme of events celebrating the outstanding produce and cuisine of the Channel Islands of Guernsey, Sark, Alderney and Herm.

Feast @ Fitzrovia is the annual food festival event for Charlotte Street and the surrounding area of the West End of London. Sharp Media are contracted by the Fitzrovia Partnership – the business improvement district and town centre management company – to engage with local restaurant stakeholders to create a summer festival each year.

International Chef Exchange partners chefs, food & drink producers and quality food festivals from around the globe creating opportunities for the co-promotion of gastronomic food tourism destinations, the sharing of best practice in hospitality and creating a platform to showcase artisan produce with a view to opening export markets. Previous and on-going partnerships include Canada, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Netherlands, St Lucia and Sweden. International Chef Exchange has also been filmed in partnership with Latest TV and is currently available to view on Amazon Prime.
The Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Awards are the city's annual celebration of the very best in hospitality and food/drink, run in partnership with the city's major media outlets. Public nominations run across the summer months, with a panel of judges secret-shopping and interviewing the top three in each category to find our gold, silver and bronze winners each year.
We run regular Sussex Gourmet Bus Tours and Sussex Wine Bus Tours taking consumers, private-hire corporate groups and chefs/restaurateurs out to discover the gastronomic delights of Sussex. Expect a full day of exclusive behind-the-scenes visits to leading vineyards, breweries, distillers and craft food producers ranging from chocolate and cheese to seafood and rapeseed oil, plus a choice of lunch options including award-winning fine dining and hearty gastropubs.
