Being an emerging role in recruiting & considered as a key business component, Talent Operations’ focus as a team has always been towards great candidate experience as well as a smooth & continuous support to our stakeholders. Along with applying strategic techniques of sales & marketing in engaging talent and providing the best in class experience to all the participants in the recruitment cycle, our focus has always been in line with Adobe’s vision & mission.
Last month has been very interesting for us with respect to candidate management. Below is a quick snapshot on the team’s effort.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Total 384 interviews have been scheduled and 120 on-floor coordination managed.
- Supported for 3 weekend hiring events, 2 in Bangalore & 1 in Noida, with a total turn up of ~150 candidates
- 30 BGVs completed with an avg TAT of 8 days. 2 priority cases managed with avg TAT of 6 days.
- Total of 48 offers have been released.
- 76 candidates on-boarded with 40.8% being Diversity.
- Initiative - 11 IJPs managed across the BUs.
