1st Amendment Dillin Tegeler

Definition- prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, ensuring that there is no prohibition on the free exercise of religion, abdging the freedom of speech, and infringing on the freedom of the press

Involves a student who wrote a blog claim, and was punished for it. So she decided to sue the school system.

She lost the first case, but won the second one.

Avery won, because she stood up for what she believed in and stood her ground the whole time. She never quit until she won.

I feel she did the right thing. She said how she felt. Got punished for it. And fought back until she got what was right. You she be able to say whatever you want via social media, because it is freedom of speech and she got punished for exercising her freedom of speech.
