Water Cycle

Water Cycle is a process that occur in cycles. It's when water circulates between oceans, rivers, or lakes up into the atmosphere and the land also. It is a constant cycle that takes place everyday.

The Water Cycle doesn't contain any chemical reactions. Water doesn't have a reaction to anything. It's just plain with no reactions, which is a good thing.

Inorganic or Organic: The water cycle would be considered an inorganic process.

Human Intervention is caused on a daily throughout the water cycle. Humans take water out of the system to use for crops, drinking, etc. Us humans add many harmful chemicals and object into the water everyday. During the water cycle, it picks up many pollutants along the way and carry it along the cycle.

Nitrogen cycle

Nitrogen Cycle is a continuous process by which atmospheric nitrogen and nitrogenous compounds are converted into substances that can be used by green plants. As a result, the decay of plants are returned to the air and the soil.

Chemical Reactions, there are about 5 chemical reactions. Which are nitrogen fixing, ammonification, nitrification, nitrogen assimilation, and denitrification. Nitrogen fixing occurs whenever nitrogen is converting into ammonium. Ammonification happens when both plants and animals die, bacteria changes nitrogen nutrients into ammonium. Nitrification happens whenever ammonia turns into nitrate ions. Nitrogen assimilation is the form of organic nitrogen compounds in the environment. Denitrification is when nitrate and nitrite is converted into dinitrogen.

Inorganic or Organic: The nitrogen cycle is an organic compound. However, some need to be converted into inorganic form.

Human Intervention: Humans continue to alter the amount of nitrogen that happens to be in the biosphere. The amounts seems to decrease each time it occurs.

Carbon Cycle

Carbon Cycle is many processes that carbon compounds are put into the environment. It involves carbon dioxide into living tissues by photosynthesis and it is returned to the atmosphere through respiration, decay of living things, and burning fuels.

The Carbon Cycle has a few chemical reactions. Combustion/metabolism is one. Combustion whenever an organic material is burned with oxygen presented. Metabolism occurs in both animals and humans after either one take organic plant or animal foods. Another reaction is photosynthesis. Photosynthesis has a series of reactions. Only by algae, phytoplankton, and leave in plants.

Pathway movement of the carbon cycle

Inorganic or Organic: This cycle would be both inorganic and organic. However, inorganic carbon is removed from the atmosphere to form organic carbon.

Human Intervention occurs whenever fossil fuels are being burned. Another example would be land use and land cover change. it damages the carbon cycle, because the carbon cycle is a natural process.

Phosphorus Cycle

Phosphorus Cycle is a process that goes through rocks, water, soil, and sediments.

Phosphorus Cycle have a few chemical reactions. There are two major forms of phosphorus. White phosphorus reacts whenever it's exposed to damp air and it glows in the dark. Phosphorus also reacts with halogens.
