Leading Change and Change Resilience - Call for training

Do you manage people and want support in leading change? Or have you been recently affected by change and want support with the process? We recently delivered targeted workshops on these topics and now want to offer the courses out more widely across the University. If you would be interested in attending future events for either course, as outlined below, please add yourself to the waiting list by clicking the 'Register Interest'.

Leading Change: This is for managers of teams, who will be/are leading their teams through change processes. The intention is to help managers understand what is happening for individuals from an emotional and psychological point of view as people react to change; this is both for them as leaders of others and also to understand their own personal reactions. Through a series of models and tools we explore how best leaders can support their teams through actions and behaviour, and help them embrace or explore possible future scenarios for themselves.

Change Resilience: This event is for people who are going through change processes, and the aim is to help them understand their own reaction to change, to recognise how this may be influenced by previous experience of change, and to understand how they might review their reaction, in order to be as change-resilient as possible, both inside and outside of a work setting. The workshop uses a series of models and self-analysis activities, which can be completed at the event or subsequently.
