Holly Park Apartments is the place to be where space, location, options matter. You are feet away from groceries, restaurants, Kent State University, and independence. Sometimes, after a day of non-stop running, you need a place to sprawl out. Our apartments start at 810 sq. ft. for all the sprawling you could want or need. We think you'll fall in love with our dynamic complex.

Furnished or unfurnished, your choice

We offer fully furnished apartments for a monthly fee. For $119 (between 2 people, your individual costs is $60) a month. You get a living room, dining room, 1 (one) bedroom furnished. For $239 a month, you get all of the above, plus a 32" television and a study desk. Additional bedrooms can be furnished for an additional 60 a month.

UTILITIES INCLUDED

WATER, TRASH, GAS HEAT, HIGH SPEED INTERNET, SEWAGE, AND MAINTENANCE

The only utility you have to worry about is electric, which runs between $20 and $80 a month depending on the season and usage.

You have the option to upgrade your internet or purchase cable at an added expense through Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable).

AMENITIES

We share College Towers' indoor pool, movie theater, and fitness area. If you are interested in viewing what College Towers has to offer, stop by their leasing office for more information.

We have full-sized appliances: Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, disposal, and most units come with a microwave.

laundry facilities

On the first floor of each build, you will find a laundry room that use reloadable smart card technology (no more scrapping for coins). There are sixteen laundry rooms on site. You can use any building's machines.

parking

Parking is included at no extra charge. We provide the parking pass and you can park anywhere in our complex, provided you do so legally. Each tenant gets a permanent pass and each apartment gets one guest pass.

shopping

Acme Food Market is across the street and Wal-Mart is a quick drive or bus trip down the road.

PARTA has 3 bus stops within 500ft of our property line. You can connect to buses that will drop you off at C-Midway or Downtown Kent.

Most of Kent State University's classrooms are with in a mile of Holly Park. There are regular bus pick ups from Main Street so you don't need to drive to campus.

PET FRIENDLY

We welcome cats and dogs!

$300 non-refundable pet fee

$15 a month for cats

$25 a month for dogs (Cannot exceed 25 lbs when fully grown)

Dog pick up bag stations located around the property

administration fee: $100 per unit

security deposit: $300(2 bedroom) $400(3 bedroom) with qualifying cosigners. For those without a cosigner or qualifying credit score, the security deposit is equal to 1 month of rent.

Total due to secure a 2 bedroom unit= 460 / 2 tenants = 230 a tenant

Total due to secure a 3 bedroom unit= 590 / 3 tenants = ~197 a tenant

paperless applications and leases

Leases starting in 2017 are now 90% paper free. Your applications are sent to you and your cosigner through email, removing the need for notaries. Leases are signed on our computers and are available for viewing 24 hours a day.
