Fort Worth Public Artist, Bart Shaw is being recognized by AIA Fort Worth with the 2016 Design Honors Award.
Shaw design is a functional artwork that also provides a gathering space for families in Fairmount Park. Three sculptural stepped tables, basalt gravel paths, steel house numbers along the curb and shade trees evoke the memory of historic homes that once occupied the block along Henderson Street.
