Mental health issues. by jasmine ;)

My story is being brave and thinking what's best don't put others first because your illness is more important. So stay calm live longer try not to break down but grow stronger. Mental illness is one of those common things especially that happen is society. It's very common in most cases which is why we tend to use a lot more of the support, medicine, encouragement( nice words from other) and the social talks of option, choices, advice and info on how you can get through this tough stage of going through mental issues.

This person has suffered enough, he thinks bad about himself is what i'm guessing. He doesn't see the truth or positive attitude inside him. He's always inside never out as this mental issue has given him enough to deal with. this person doesn't realize how much help he's been offered and been available too. Had counseling, support advice from locals, people who have experienced the same thing, the community, his family and friends etc.
