DOLLARWAY MATTERS CAMPUS NEWSLETTER OCTOBER 2019: STUDENTS, PARENTS & COMMUNITY

SUPERINTENDENT'S CORNER

Dear Dollarway Family,

Fall is here and with it has come the excitement of Homecoming and the energy of student growth . We will ''Stomp Out Bullying" this month and remember to model good hearted behavior before our students/children. October just reminds us of how important it is to protect one another, because we are a family. We are so thankful for your continued support as we progress forward as a district. Please make plans to join us this month for great opportunities and fun activities, beginning with our Community Hall of Fame Ceremony at RMMS (10/15), Homecoming Week (Oct. 14th-18th) and our Annual Report to the Public: Community Voices Meeting at RMMS on Monday, Sept. 28th, 5:30pm-7:00pm. We will share with the Dollarway Community and review our district's progress, discuss PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports), student achievement and other topics. We hope to see you soon!

Students were also given a list of "fruit and "animal personalities" to match up with their individual personalities and had to present their Personality Board to the class.
