As Lead Design and Co-Owner Jonnika Dixon Allen, is responsible for client projects, and service requests, including strategy and research from start to finish. Ensuring client goals are accomplished within project timeframe/ term agreement.
Mrs. Allen is also Wife to Coach Corey E. Allen, and mother of Three : Jourdan Elijah Dixon, Corey Ellis Allen Jr, and Croye Sir Charles Allen.
Mrs. Allen was Born in New Orleans , LA on December 3, 1981. And moved to Harvey, LA at age 2years old.
Mrs. Allen returned to her New Orleans roots by attending and having graduated High school, in 1999, from Edna Karr Magnet , located in Algiers, LA.
Mrs. Allen attended Louisiana State University Agricultural and Mechanical College, but found her calling in the Communications and Design field during her junior year, resulting in her transferring to the University of New Orleans, and entering into the Drama And Communications PROGRAM TO RECEIVE HER BACHELORS OF ARTS DEGREE IN MAY OF 2004.
Mrs Allen decided after graduation to give the corporate world a try, and was hired in many diverse positions relative to customer service, sales, and marketing. In March of 2009 , Mrs Allen decided to advance her knowledge by enrolling at Full Sail University located in Winter Park, FL, after having been accepted into their online college. Mrs, Allen completed and received her Masters of Science in Education Media Design and Technology degree in April 2011.
Shortly, thereafter Mrs. Allen enrolled at the University of Phoenix, and graduated in May 2013 with a Masters of Business Administration. Also in 2013, Mrs. Allen decided to free herself from corporate America and become and fulfilling her own consulting business full-time. JONDI Communications partnership formed between her and her spouse. Mr. Corey Allen a Certified Teacher and Athletic Coach , together they maintain the consulting business and they engage in the non-profit efforts mrs Allen has dedicated time into , which is Queen Rising the Movement and King Rising the Movement, two organizations to empower men and women respectively.

1. The products are provided by women owned businesses .
2. The goal is to provide items that builds up self esteem and promotes self love.
3. Royalty Box is a product of “QRTM” Queen Rising the Movement digital magazine .
4. QRTM donates supplies to homeless and domestic violence shelters for women and kids; and provides individual support to underserved women.
5. 15% of proceeds go towards the Young Queen’s Rising Leadership Team and 2020 Cotillion .
