There are 6 sport related fitness components which consist of: Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Cardio respiratory endurance, Flexibility, and Body composition. Muscular strength is the maximum amount of force that a muscle can give off for extended periods of time. Muscular Endurance is the ability of muscle, or group of muscles that keep contractions against resistance for extended periods of time. Cardio Respiratory Endurance isa health related component of a physical fitness that relates to the ability of a circulatory and respiratory system to supply fuel during physical activity, it eliminates fatigue.
