Mandatory Exercise Classes: Results for a Lifetime

Registrar staff are made of school board members who make the decisions as to what goes in the school's curriculum.

A Mandatory Physical Education program would be important to students in a bigger picture.

Because the program would not only make students healthy, but it would also improve their grades.

Students who are taught the aspects of fitness have a statistically better chance keeping up with their fitness in the years to come.

With continued physical activity outside of school, students will also live a long and prosperous life.

A life with less stress and depression with a boost of self-confidence.
