Brooke Stiles

Will have a role as a middle infielder who brings a lefty bat/slapper to the lineup

Kelsey Humphrey

Senior right fielder who started in 37 of the 39 games last season who will look to make an impact in her final season and provide leadership on and off the field.

Taylor Farrell

Appeared in 10 games off the bench for UT and expected to have a similar role this season.

Taylor Szostak

Started 22 of the 26 games and recorded 11 hits and three RBI while also scoring five runs. Expected to compete for a spot at catcher this season.

Erica Matich

Returning sophomore who is expected to compete for the starting catcher spot after appearing in 31 of the 39 games with 26 starts in her first year on the team and totaling 151 putouts.

Alex Walton

Expected to compete for a spot in the outfield after appearing in 17 games in her sophomore season with 11 starts.

Kailee Clark

First team all-conference for three years at Discovery Canyon Campus School and will compete for the starting spot at short stop

Makaleigh Dooley

Sophomore starting pitcher who had a 2.32 ERA in her first year on the team. Recorded 85 strikeouts in 117.2 innings of work while also tying for third on the team in hits at the plate, doubles, and RBI.

Breanna Taphouse

Will provide an option off the bench for UT as she appeared in 12 games last season, mostly as a pinch runner, and scored the game-winning run against Ferris State on 3/9.

Rachael Foote

Expected to compete for a spot at catcher and provide an option off the bench.

Jennie Sittloh

Will provide an option either at pitcher or first base. Appeared in 24 games last season and had 10 hits, three RBI and also scored three runs.

Laurie Kostekca

Expected to compete for a spot in the outfield. Appeared in 19 games last season with 13 starts. Had a .310 AVG with 13 hits and nine RBI.

Corynn Miner

Tossed six no hitters her senior year at Admiral Farragut Academy and was named to the 2015 All-State team. Expected to compete for a job in the pitching rotation and who can also play any position and will provide a strong bat in the lineup.

Sam Kaye

Lefty pitcher who will hold the #3 spot in the pitching lineup

Lauren Reyes

Strong outfielder who will compete for playing time

Shelby Press

Transfer from South Florida State College who is expected to add depth to the outfield. Stole 16 bases and had a .304 batting average in her final season at SFSC and was awarded 2nd team all-conference.

Bre Setree

Returning starter at third base who will look to make an impact in her senior season. Earned All-Sunshine State Conference First Team in 2016. Led the team in doubles and RBI and was second on the team with a .339 average.

Miranda Matheny

Expected to provide an option off the bench at catcher and situational hitting.

Sahrina Cortes

Starting junior centerfielder who led the team last season in batting average, hits, runs, walks, and stolen bases. All-Sunshine State Conference second team selection last season.

Savannah Jerkins

Started in 21 games last season, collecting 12 hits with three of them being doubles. Will be expected to compete for a spot in the outfield and provide leadership in her senior season.

Cristina Clauberg

Expected to compete for the starting spot at second base after appearing in 37 of the 39 games in her freshman year. Was second on the team in runs and tied for third on the team last season.

Lauren Pascoe

Will provide an option off the bench for Tampa as she appeared in 26 games last season, mostly as a pinch runner, scoring nine runs.

Maddie Farrell

Will be one of the starting catchers and brings a big bat to the lineup

Elly Pillers

Transfer from Indian River State College who is expected to compete for a job at catcher and also at first base. Compiled a .311 batting average in her sophomore season at Indian River and was named 2015 2nd Team All-Southern conference in her first year after batting .357.
