The Death of Trayvon Martin When justice changed all

Intro: The death of Trayvon Martin was very devastating and created a nation wide commotion on racism. The incident mixed up many emotions by many people in the United States and also changed a few things in our day to day lives. Trayvon Martin forever changed American criminal procedure.

The night of the incident:

On the night of February 26th, 2012, the 17 year old Trayvon Martin entered a 7-11 near by his house to buy a pack of skittles and an Arizona Iced Tea. The young boy was then seen by a near by neighborhood watchmen known as George Zimmerman. As the young Trayvon was heading home he got into a little "scuffle" with Zimmerman later then leading Zimmerman to unload a gun to the young man.

After the young man was found dead once the police arrived, Zimmerman was arrested that night. They went to trial just for Zimmerman to be found guilty and charged with 2nd degree murder. The trial was watched by many once the footage was finally released because of how many were wanting to see what had been the final decision on George Zimmerman. There was definitely more of the people in the world that agreed to the sentencing of Zimmerman and there was only a minuscule amount of people who opposed to this.

The Incident of Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman will always be very important just because of the simple fact that it caused a huge commotion which impacted so many more people in this world not just his family. It sort of created a stepping stone for better protection in some spots of the world and also advanced in many ways that the forces these days do things.
