A little backstory

I meet so many people on a daily basis that agree with me almost immediately when I talk about feeling tired, and run down every single day. There's a constant sense of fatigue, and just not having the energy for daily tasks, let alone any additional activities.

I know that feeling all too well, because that's how all of last year has been for me. I've been to doctor after doctor asking them for a cure, asking them to test me for all kinds of problems, only to find out.. to my disappointment (I know!) that I am actually a-okay!

In a desperate search for a cure, it finally occurred to me that my constant feeling of lethargy didn't need a magic pill. It didn't need a prescription. It didn't need to show up on a blood test.

It was what I was doing to myself day in and day out, without even realizing it. It's easy to fall into the trap of eating for weight loss or for those abs to show through. It's easy to fall prey to counting calories and the latest diet fad.

The secret lay in what I was eating. What I was feeding my body. The various kinds of processed foods & chemicals I was flooding it with.
