GET READY FOR COUNCIL CAMPOREE!!!

We’ve taken the best experiences and activities and refreshed them for this iteration and are taking to the skies. Model rocket launches, STEM activities, hands-on drone exhibits and racing, and model car off-road racing. Of course, the classics including boating on Silver Lake, mountain biking, rappelling on Ship Rock, and a variety of Cub Scout and Scouts BSA Action Centers. We’ll also be holding a shooting sports tournament to determine the best Scout marksman. Remember the bubble-wrap popping? We’re hoping to set another Guinness World Record or two with a couple different stunts.

The Council Camporee is for Boy Scouts, Venturers, Cub Scouts & Families. Troops and Crews camp all weekend, Cub Scouts & Families camp Saturday night. Or, just come for the Day on Saturday!

Need more Community Service? May 11th!

Cubs with parents and Scouts can help the Community Table (formally named Avada Community Food Bank) collect food along with the Postal Carriers National Food Drive.

Cubs with parents can help collect food at addresses and Scouts can help box collected food at the Wheat Ridge Post Office. Great for service hours and helping the community.
