January 5, 2017

Greetings and Happy New Year!

The first day of the LaAmistad at Peachtree will be on Monday, January 9th. We are excited to welcome you back. We are forever grateful and thankful for your service to our students. You are the one that make a difference in our lives and in the lives of our children and their families.

We'd like to dedicate this little video to each of you as we start the new year.

You are Amazing! You are a Blessing! YOU truly make a DIFFERENCE.

Welcome back, let the journey continue...

News at Peachtree

We are thrilled to have Ms. Alexandra Delis a social worker intern join our team. Ms. Delis will be spending a few minutes each week in your classes to get to know the students and their families.

We are looking forward to having a weekly "Date with Ms. Delis" . We can't wait for you to meet her.

Each class will now have five new laptops available for student use to work on research, daily math and reading homework programs assigned by their schools. We have put a system and checkout in place for each grade. Mr. Andrew will conduct a quick overview with protocol and passwords with each of you next week.

Inclement Weather Reminder

In the event of inclement weather we follow the local school closings. Our volunteer coordinator will send out an email and phone blast in the event of program closing.
