OUR CONCEPT
Mint Kitchen is a modern take on Vietnamese cuisine, with a narrower but innovative bistro-style menu. We will retain the classic dishes that made our first restaurant (Xuan Saigon) a great success story, and add new offerings that showcase the skills and expertise of Chef Vi Nguyen. The concept stems from our love for Vietnamese cuisine and our passion for design and architecture.
Our culture is deeply rooted in the simple, yet subtle culinary delights served by vendors crowding the streets and marketplaces in every cities and towns in Vietnam. Our mission is to offer a new twist on some classic dishes, using a healthy choice of organic, locally-sourced, market fresh produce and ingredients.

Our vision for our first location is of a simple, inviting, contemporary meeting place, built with sustainability and conservation in mind. We would hope to keep our footprint on the environment to a minimum, thus using recycled materials and/or sustainable products and materials when possible.
