THE PROBLEM IS THAT SOMETIMES, WE ARE TOO BUSY TO FIND TIME TO BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE. WE CAN ALSO SLIP INTO THE BAD HABIT OF CHOOSING UNHEALTHY SNACKS AND TAKE AWAY FOOD OR SPENDING OUR FREE TIME WATCHING TV OR IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER.

2. CHOOSE WATER AS A DRINK :
_ Water must be the best way to quench you thirst, and it doesn't come with the added sugar like in soft drinks or fruit juices for example.
3. EAT MORE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES :
_ Eating more fruits and vegetables helps you to boosts your vitality and can reduce the risk of having many chronic diseases. We should include vegetables and fruits in every meal.
