Self-Designed #1 Study coaching

The study coaching meeting with Ms. McGregor was something I figured would probably have a beneficial effect on my academic performance. The scheduled times for studying should force me to review when I normally wouldn’t, and also since it provides structure it would remove stress.

When I examined my grade before and after the plan was put into place, it only reinforced what I already knew to be true. My grades improved an almost every class. In Chemistry, my quiz grades saw clear improvement. The same week that I started following the weekly schedule, I made a 96 on a quiz. The plan also made my life much less stressful. I was getting my homework done the same day I was learning the material which made it easier and I wasn’t trying frantically to do it last minute. It also helped me to stop procrastinating my studies and reviews which helped relieve more stress.
