Ohio State Marion celebrated its 50th anniversary during 2007. In 1957, legislation was proposed to provide access to higher education within a thirty-mile radius of every Ohio citizen. The campus is located on 186 acres, near U.S. 23, of off State Route 95 in Marion, Ohio. All curriculum and coursework offerings lead to degrees from The Ohio State University.
