Denver, Colorado

If you’re a history buff, outdoor enthusiast, sports fanatic or foodie, then you’ve come to the right place. Colorado’s capital is filled with parks and botanical gardens, art and history museums, local restaurants and more.

Denver’s downtown is a blend of western flair and urban sophistication, and is home to some of the most popular places to visit in Denver, like Union Station and the LoDo Historic District. The historic Denver Union Station is now a foodie’s heaven, with a dozen restaurants and bars including the Terminal Bar, situated in the station's old ticket windows.

One of Denver’s highlights is the Mount Evans Scenic Byway, a two-lane road known as the “road into the sky” because of the 9,000 feet of elevation change. Take your time to admire scenery along the way, stop at Denver Botanic Gardens and visit Echo Lake for fishing and hiking trails on your journey.

Denver is as haven for sports lovers! Visit Coors Field to cheer on the Colorado Rockies or take a trip to Mile High (officially the Sports Authority Field) if you’re a Broncos or football fan.
