Madoff Questions By: Blake Hays

A Ponzi Scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors, rather than from profit earned through legitimate sources

Bernie Madoff was able to keep on his successful Ponzi Scheme by his intriguing personality. Madoff also made up his invoice that he gave back to his investors. Madoff's Scheme had such a great reputation that all of his business spread by word of mouth. This shows the luring personality of people that attempt to pull of these schemes. They get people excited and let them have trust in one another.

Bernie Madoff did this out of greed. To hold out a scheme like this making over 15 billion dollars is just wrong. All the families he stole from, all the people who lost their money, every investor that fell for his trap. Madoff is evil for taking from any person on such a high degree.
