Perry Como Alzheimer's

Perry Como was a Famous Musician who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 2 years before his death.

Como created more than 20+ albums in a three decade time period starting in the 1940's.

Early in the year of 1999, Como started showing signs of Alzheimer's, his children, Ronnie and Torri couldn't agree on how Como should spend his last living days so they left it up to the court.

There was't much medical procedures done for Como, due to the harshness of his disease, and his old age, medications such as Donepezil and Memantine were used.

Dealing with alzheimer's wasn't easy but he made the most of it, spending his last months living the best life he could.

Como was already retired from his music career, when symptoms started to show, it wasn't long after the Alzheimer's was found, that Como passed away. He died May 12th 2001 at the age of 88.
