India Comparative Advantage

India is the second biggest country in the world with a population of 1.252 billion people. With all of those people, you need urban space. In India, they have the 2nd biggest urban population in the world. People live in the city for jobs. They need money and in the city, getting a job is easier than in the country. They have jobs like working at call center and other things. One other thing in the city is more private schools (private schools are for every one expect if you are really poor.)

Indian kids

India's growth rate is very high. In fact, India has the most children in the world. If there is a lot of kids, it means more people can work. More jobs means more money, and more money means better life. With a better life you can also have the ability to help your parents once they get older. But lot of children also means that in 100 years, the population will be bigger the China. If it is bigger than China, they will have to make a One-Child Policy.

One-Child Policy

Schooling in India can be good and bad. It is good because the teacher make the kids memorise all the work. Indian education is very strict and profound in its ways of teaching young children to become proper adults. Most people go in private school because public schools are for very poor family's. Private schools helps the kids how to dress up better. Indian education is very strict and profound in its ways of teaching young children to become proper adults. Education can also be bad. All teachers do is make the kids memorise the words. They don't even teach them the function of the word. All they do is mug up. They don't learn the understanding of the subject. Also, teacher just want to get there salary. They don't have much care in there students.

Good and bad

Students have to have two things. They need to have personal skills and attribute. A very good command over English language is the main skill required. Computer literacy, typing speed, knowledge of consumer behaviour, marketing skills, the ability to enter and retrieve information quickly from databases and an ability to analyse problems are other useful skills that come in handy. They will also need communication and listening skills. If there customer is disagreeing with them, they need to be patient. Once they have that, they will need training. The training include accent training, listening skills, 'slang' training, accent neutralisation, telephone etiquette, telesales etiquette and cyber grammar, interaction skills, customer relationship, management skills and call centre terminology. If someone has all of those characteristics, they will be able to work in any call center.

Today, I want in a call center in India. This is what I learn. First, the company was named Frenchy Company. I learned that most call center jobs fall into 3 categories. The most popular one is customer service. You might need to work on a problem with a cable. One other popular job is working on inbound sales. Last but not least, you cold also work on outbound sales. In India, a Call Center and Customer Service Executive earns an average salary of Rs 201,860 per year. That is $2, 961.06. That is very low for American people but in India it is a lot. Since America's economy is so high, that is so low. But India's economy is lower so $3,000 is a lot for them.

Indian money

India has comparative advantage on U.S.A. First, India has time zone advantage. India's twelve hour time difference enables global organizations to provide their customers with 24x7x365 days services. One other thing that India has advantage over U.S.A is Technology. India has the latest technology to provide a high speed quality for the customer. Last but not least,
