Did you know that the Department of Health and Human Services recommends healthy adults to exercise at least 150 minutes per week?
The challenge: For the next 4 weeks, pick a variety of fitness opportunities on campus and around Richmond to help you achieve your fitness goals and keep track of how many minutes you exercise for.
How to Participate:
Online registration for the challenge opens on April 10th and ends May 1st. The four-week challenge competition begins on April 17th and continues through May 13th.
Participants are required to submit their exercise minutes online at the end of each week during the challenge. To be eligible for a prize, participants need to exercise at least 90 minutes each week.
There will also be special events and activities for those who participate in this fun challenge!
