gymnastics is a really fun sports. fliping,flexibility,leotards,having fun with beam,bars,vault,floor,tumbling on a panel mat gymnastics can be at home for the self_taught gymnasts like me of in a big gym. most people make there own equipment at home or they just use pillow and matresess like me. gymnastics can be for boys too but they are a little different.
