Adobe Learner Dashboard i'm enrolled in a live instructor course. how do i find location & virtual connect DETAILS to attend?

You've enrolled in the class, and your seat in the class is confirmed. Before attending, ensure that you've checked your system requirements.

If you are enrolled in a VIRTUAL live instructor course:

Be on the lookout for reminder emails, 6 days and 1 day prior to the start of training. Inside that email will contain your Instructor's virtual class link.

If you unable to retrieve the reminder emails, you can also find the same virtual Connect details located in your Learner Dashboard. The following guide shows the steps on how to locate.

How to Access Your Adobe Learner Dashboard and download instructor's virtual details:

1. Log in here.

2. You'll be prompted with a Sign In screen:

Sign In with the email address which you used to enroll into class. If you have not yet created your Adobe ID: click on "Create an account" to fill out the fields first, and then Continue.

3. You're now in the portal and viewing the homepage. Locate the 'My Learning' box, where your current enrollments are listed:

4. Locate the enrolled class title you're looking for, and click on VIEW DETAILS:

5. Clicking on VIEW DETAILS will take you to the course details, and you'll see your Instructor's virtual Connect link next to the time zone:

6. Use this link to launch & attend training on the first day of class!

Be sure to keep an eye on communications from Adobe Digital Learning Services, or check your Dashboard in case there's any change in your instructor before the first day of class.

FYI: Instructor will provide environment (instance) accesses to students on the first day of class, for the duration of the course. Access to the training instance expires at the end of class.

Having issues locating your training details? Please check your inbox (or Spam folders) for 6-day or 1-day reminder emails from adlsnore@adobe.com (no-reply account). These reminders have the same details.

If you are enrolled in a CLASSROOM live instructor course:

Be on the lookout for your reminder email, 7 days prior to the start of training. Inside that email will contain location address.

In case you are unable to retrieve that email, you can also find the same details located in your Learner Dashboard.

5. When you reach the course details, you'll find the physical classroom address listed below the dates.

For classroom trainings, students are required to bring their own laptops.
