Do Not "Vegetarian" Why every person should include meat in their diet

Vegetarian meals are delicious and can have variety...

...but they alone do not contain enough nutrients to keep a human healthy.

Meats are the main supply of a person's B12. Following a strict vegetarian diet can lead to B12 deficiency and other health problems.

Crab, beef, and chicken are some common foods that contain B12. By adding these foods to his diet, a person can take precaution against B12 deficiency.

Meat contributes to a balanced diet and should be a part of every person's eating.
