Pope Francis arrives to Ciudad Juarez for a massive open-air Mass in a park just a few feet from the U.S. border on February 17, 2016. Thousands of people from El Paso as well as other parts of the U.S. made the short trip over the various bridges that link the cities to attend the outdoor Mass that caps Francis' visit
