Henrik Göthberg has an extensive background in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Product Life Cycle Management and Analytics. He has worked in the capacity of Management and Change consultant towards Telco, Utilities, Banking, Facility Management, Pharma and MedTec, He has workd in the IT industry as Sales Executive for Anlytical CRM Solultions, and as well Brand Manager, CRM and DWH Manager in the Medtec Industry. Henrik joined Vattenfall in 2012 in the role as Director BI and Lead Management for Vattenfall B2B Retail Operation. In this role he has driven and been the co-driver for several initiatives towards Digitalization including taking the Nordic B2B Sales and Marketing operation to the cloud and implementing a new Data Warehouse for the BUґs Distribution, Customer Service and Retail (B2C & B2B). In 2015 Henrik has supported the Finance function taking on the topic of “Managing Information as a Strategic Asset” to support Vattenfall overall objectives of speeding up and simplifying digitalization, increase maturity in the area of Analytics and drive towards world Class Enterprise Performance Management. From July 2015 he is doing this from his new role Director Group Financial Systems. Henrik has been a key note speaker several times the last years on the topic of creating an Operational Vision for Digitalization and Analytics on several conferences.

Fabrizio Silvestri

Fabrizio Silvestri is a Software Engineer at Facebook London in the Search Systems team. His interests are in web search in general and in particular his specialization is building systems to better interpret queries from search users. Prior to Facebook, Fabrizio was a principal scientist at Yahoo where he has worked on sponsored search and native ads within the Gemini project. Fabrizio holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, Italy where he studied problems related to Web Information Retrieval with particular focus on efficiency related problems like Caching, Collection Partitioning, and Distributed IR in general.,

Marton Kovacs

Marton is heading the analytical team at Momondo and has been with the company since 2015, dealing with marketing mix modeling, cohort analysis and segmentation. He gained close to 15 years’ experience in the field of online and offline marketing analytics and analyzing user behavior at different companies such as Momondo, Nordea, Schibsted and Ipsos. His main focus is on finding easily applicable analytical solutions to materialize into marketing investments and product features.

Staffan Vildelin

Staffan has 20 years experience of complex information systems within large companies. Staffan has been working all the way from ERP Integrator, Developer, Architecture to Managing Integration, SOA, DW, BI and Information Management. Björn Idren

Björn Idren, a business intelligence veteran, is in charge of Spotify Business’ analytics, real-time intelligence, and data- driven strategy. He’s previously built up the business intelligence teams and functions at Ericsson and at Swedish payments unicorn Klarna. Björn takes a hands-on approach. He works closely both with the business side and with management, providing everything from sales metrics to prototypes of new products. These new products include the content curation tools used by Spotify Business’ music experts. Overall, Björn prefers the quick and get-it- done approach. He strives for constant iteration and innovation, rather than getting hamstrung by demands for polish and perfection.

Dr. Manu Carricano is a Senior Lecturer in Operations, Innovation and Data Sciences at ESADE and the Director of ESADE Institute for Data - Driven Decisions. He is also the Founder of the Top Line Lab, a boutique consultancy aiming to bring Data Science to Revenue Growth Strategies. He is an executive graduate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Big Data, and received his PhD. from the University of Bordeaux and MSc from Kedge Business School. His work encompasses a wide range of data science and pricing issues and has been published in international academic journals and major industry and academic conferences. He is the author of the book Data Analysis with SPSS (Pearson, France 2010), as well as a mentor for the Open Data Incubator for Europe (ODINE) and StartupBootcamp Big Data & IOT. Carricano is one of the leading pricing & analytics educators in Europe, and has trained several thousand participants across the globe. Allireza Ghahremani has been an entrepreneur and business leader for the last 15 years. During his career he has been part of several start-ups like Urb-it and Motimate. He joined Sodexo Benefit & Rewards Services in Sweden 2 years ago with the task to find new business opportunities and to evolve the existing portfolio. With the urge to always find the perfect solution he envisioned that certain behavior patterns can first be translated and then with time predicted. Soon it became clear that by gathering and analyzing data about human psycho-social health we can improve the quality of life and at the same time helping organizations to understand and measure the effect of each decision on human psycho-social health in an organization.
