The Rosen Experience Rosen Hotels & Resorts - Orlando, Florida

Rosen Hotels & Resorts has a long standing history in Orlando, Florida. In January, a few of our team members experienced the Rosen properties and were blown away. Aside from being relatively close to all to the famous theme parks and attractions in Orlando, the Rosen properties are the ideal venues for meetings and events. Notably, we learned about the philanthropic work of Mr. Harris Rosen, President, COO, and Founder of Rosen Hotels & Resorts, and learned about the different aspects that make these hotels unique in our portfolio. We are proud to have Rosen Centre Hotel, Rosen Plaza Hotel, and Rosen Shingle Creek in the Preferred Hotels & Resorts collection.

Rosen Shingle Creek

We all had the privilege of staying at the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek for our visit. The drive to this resort was a mere 14-minute drive from Orlando International airport which makes it very convenient for any group. This newest addition to the Rosen family of fine hotels and resorts opened in 2005 and boasts a full golf course on property as well as a full-service spa.

Rosen Centre Hotel

Next, we visited Rosen Centre Hotel, a full-service convention hotel located right in the heart of Orlando and only 19 minutes away from Orlando International Airport. We enjoyed exotic Caribbean-Cuban fusion cuisine for lunch at Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill, the newest addition to Rosen Centre Hotel’s dining options. Remarkably, the name of this contemporary restaurant pays homage to Mr. Rosen’s paternal grandfather, Harry Rosenofsky.

This full-service convention hotel boast 800 guestrooms and 60,000 sq ft of meeting spaces. We enjoyed dinner at Jack’s Place, a fine dining restaurant featuring Mr. Rosen’s father, Jack Rosen’s, caricatures drawing of famous celebrities that he encountered during his tenure at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
