Looking Forward to the New Year 2020-2021

The year 2020 came with a lot of challenges and difficulties for everyone, and even though were ups and downs, 2020 will be a year we all remember. With 2020 ending there are many things to look back on, and look forward to.

Reflecting:

The year was really relaxed with quarantine and everything, but the times where I could go do my sport or hang out with friends/family again after a long time were probably some of the best times for me throughout 2020. -Steven Wrzesinski, sophomore, said.
I got to participate in two [in person] shows [through Cricket Theater] despite covid which were super fun to be a part of. -Claire Denton, freshman, said.

Resolutions:

A new year's resolution I have is to begin to eat healthier and keep on working out. -Evan Chung, junior, said.
One of my resolutions for the new year is to reach out to more people. We all have those friends that we only talk to at school, and now that we don’t have school, I find myself only talking to the same few people. -Madelyn Zolnierek, senior, said.

Hopes for the new year:

I’m looking forward to hopefully going to school and learning in-person, and [finishing off my senior year as normal as possible]. I’m looking forward to graduating with all my friends. I'm excited to commit to a college, and then go there and see what happens next. -Zolnierek said.
One thing I’m looking forward to in 2021 is to hopefully spend more time with friends and family. My hopes for the new year are that life can hopefully revert back to normal, and we can go about doing things we haven’t in a while. -Chung said.
