Primary Care Networks
Bring your clinical expertise and passion for providing quality, compassionate care to a challenging and rewarding role as a Family Physician/General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner for a Primary Care Network (PCN) in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The government of BC recently announced its vision for an integrated system of primary care across the province with PCNs as the backbone to a team-based approach. The objective is to increase the number of British Columbians who have access to quality primary care and are attached to a primary care provider.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to be a part of a wonderful initiative to help make health care in BC more patient-centered, and help influence an emerging, local team-based care model, supported by family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and other health professionals.
