SUPER JUICY Baked Salmon makes a great partner for salads, veggies and pasta

Hi guys! My name is Alwin and I love salmon which is really healthy. Check out my step by step recipe. Let’s go!

Preparation time: 35 min | serves 2-4 persons | Level: easy

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

400gr salmon

salt, pepper

one lemon

STEP 1: wash the salmon and drain thoroughly with kitchen paper

STEP 2: place the salmon in the casserole dish

STEP 3: season with salt and pepper

If you want to, you may also add some other spices, for example dill seed or garlic powder.

STEP 4: cut one lemon into slices

STEP 5: put the sliced lemons on top of the salmon

STEP 6: cover the baking dish with aluminum foil

STEP 7: preheat the oven to 180 degrees

STEP 8: place the casserole dish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees at Upper and lower heat

STEP 9: take out the finished salmon and place it on a plate

STEP 10: The salmon makes a great partner to various side dishes, e.g. salads, rice or vegetables of your choice.

I prefer to eat it with bread, tomatoes, radish as well as cucumber slices. Let me give you an impression...
